ARTIST & TOUR PROJECT MANAGER (m/w/d)

Overview

Due to the expansion of our tour and artist management with further top-class international orchestras, soloists and conductors, we are now looking to strengthen our team. The position of Artist & Tour Project Manager requires a dynamic personality with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and a passion for music. You will be involved in the planning and implementation of artist and orchestra tours, look after artists, media and sponsors and support us in our day-to-day business. You will be part of a motivated team and work in a personal, informal environment.

Responsibilites

– Artist support: Comprehensive support for artists and consideration of their needs.
– Liaison between artists and event organizers.
– Tour planning: Coordinating the logistics of orchestras, soloists and conductors.
– Contract management: preparation of contractual documents as a working basis.
– Support for media work and development of communication strategies. Chinese is desirable.

Qualifications

– You have a great affinity for classical music and ideally have a university degree.
– You have strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and you are resilient and flexible in terms of time
– Your friendliness and charisma enable you to deal sensitively and professionally with artists, agencies, event organizers and colleagues.
– You like to take on personal responsibility and have a quick comprehension.
– Your way of working is systematic, precise as well as solution oriented.
– You enjoy working independently.
– You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other industry-relevant tools.
– You have a class 3 driver’s license.
– You are fluent in German and English. Good language skills in other languages such as French, Italian and Chinese are desirable.
